Open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with special timings during Ramadan.
Al Asalla Spa is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday) and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Monday.

Membership & Day Pass
The club offers various membership options and day passes to suit different needs.
The Classic Annual Membership costs AED 7,000 and includes daily access, 50 group classes, unlimited gym and virtual classes, pool and beach access, 1 personal training session, and 5 guest passes. Seasonal memberships are available, with 3 months at AED 3,000 and 1 month at AED 1,500. Students get a discounted annual membership for AED 5,600, while seniors can apply for the Golden Membership with special pricing. Family packages are also available.
For visitors or those who prefer flexibility, day passes are an option. Beach and pool access costs AED 195 on weekdays and AED 260 on weekends. On Mondays, it’s AED 100 due to maintenance (men may be on-site). Gym access for a single day is AED 84.
