Ladies! We’re back for a fun ladies workout and breakfast at the beach!
Join us this Friday for a refreshing morning workout with Coach Kateryna, a professional gymnast and coach.
She’ll guide us through a gentle, energizing session focused on flexibility and stretching—an amazing way to wake up your body and start your day positively.
Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll feel incredible afterward.
No excuses: plenty of time to get moving before heading back to work!

⏰ Workout Time: 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM
⏰ Stay for breakfast until 8:30 AM (a wonderful opportunity to connect with other ladies).
Bring some snacks to share with the group—if you’d like!

- Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat if you have, as we won’t have enough space on the carpet for everyone. Bring a water bottle.
