PROGRAM 🗓️
DAY 1 - Friday
✨Welcome to Qatar!
Depending on your flight arrival, we’ll welcome you to Doha and enjoy a nice dinner together.
If you arrive later in the evening, we’ll head straight to the hotel, settle in, and rest … because the next day will be busy and exciting!
DAY 2 - Saturday
Wake up early… you didn’t come here to sleep!
We’ll head straight to the desert to watch the sunrise where the dunes meet the sea, truly one of Qatar’s most magical sights. You don’t want to miss this!
After that, we’ll explore the city with a tour of Doha’s main neighborhoods, such as Katara, Msheireb Downtown, and the Corniche.
The program will adapt to your energy and pace, this day is all about enjoying the moment.
We’ll finish in Souq Waqif for dinner before heading back to the hotel for some rest.
Expect plenty of walking, good conversations, and beautiful connections with the group.
DAY 3 & 4 - Sunday & Monday
As the Web Summit officially kicks off, we’ll spend both days together at the event.
Before the trip, we’ll choose the talks, workshops, and meetups that fit your goals and interests. We may even schedule some meetings in advance with useful contacts. Don’t worry, we’ll also plan Zoom calls before the trip so you don’t waste a single minute or opportunity.
During the Summit, we’ll be right there with you to support your networking, guide you through the event, and make sure you never feel lost or shy.
Your project becomes our project during this journey, and we’ll do everything we can to help you get inspired, build connections, and take your next steps with confidence.
DAY 5 - Tuesday
This day is yours.
You can choose to go back to the Summit for more talks and meetups, or spend the day exploring the city or shopping, on your own or with the group.
Whatever you decide, we’ll meet in the afternoon for a debrief and to support you with your next steps.
Then we’ll enjoy a dinner with the whole group.
DAY 6 - Wednesday
It’s the final day of the Summit.
Depending on your flight time, you may join the last sessions or take some time to rest before heading to the airport.
We’ll be available to help you organise your day and support you with your transfer for departure.
The tour itinerary may change depending on the weather or unexpected situations. We reserve the right to adjust the program if needed.

Who will I share the room with?
You’ll share a twin room with another woman from the group. Our travelers are always respectful and friendly. And don’t worry, we spend most of our time out exploring. The room is just for sleeping and resting after a fun day!
Can I join alone?
Absolutely! Most of our travelers come solo, you’ll instantly feel part of the group and leave with new friends.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your nationality. If you’re from Europe, it’s not required. Once you register, we’ll guide you through the steps and help with any questions.
Can I get more details on the trip?
