Ladies! We’re back for a fun ladies workout and breakfast at the beach!
Join us this Friday, for a refreshing morning workout with coach Kateryna, a professional gymnast and coach.
She’ll lead us through a gentle, energizing session focused on flexibility and stretching… the best way to wake up your body and start your day on a positive note.
Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll feel amazing.
No excuses : plenty of time to get moving before heading back to work!

⏰ Stay for breakfast until 8:30 AM (it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with other ladies).
