International city

International City in Dubai is a popular residential area known for its affordable living and global theme. Located in the Al Warsan area, it features clusters inspired by countries like China, Italy, France, and more. It’s home to a mix of shops, restaurants, and services that reflect its multicultural vibe, making it a convenient place to live or visit.

International City: A Hub for Affordable Living and Diverse Amenities

1. Location and accessibility

International City is located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), offering quick access to key areas around Dubai.
International City is connected to key areas like Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Festival City, and Dubai International Airport. The airport is just 20 minutes away, making it a great location for those who want a peaceful living environment while staying close to the city’s main attractions.
Though slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai, the location remains well-connected and accessible.

2. Residential Options in International City

International City is becoming more and more popular, mainly because it’s still one of the most affordable areas in Dubai, even with the overall increase in rental prices.

Here are a few popular residential options:

  • EMR 1, Emirates Cluster: Often mentioned as one of the best clusters, ideal for families.

  • France Cluster Towers: Like the other clusters, you’ll find studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, with retail shops available on the ground floor.

  • MD63 Residence: Located in Phase 1 of International City, rental prices here are very reasonable for the quality you get. The building has 7 floors, two levels of parking, and good services for the price.

  • Al Marsoumy Building: Another good choice to consider.

The best advice is to check the buildings yourself, read reviews, and visit before making a decision.

3. Parks and Outdoor Recreation

In International City, most clusters have their own small parks and green areas where residents can walk, jog, or simply enjoy some quiet time outdoors.

4. Shools and Nurseries

If you’re looking for good schools and nurseries in the International City area, there are some great options.

For younger children, Chubby Cheeks Nursery is a popular choice. It offers a friendly environment and follows a curriculum focused on early childhood development. Little Sprouts Early Learning Centre is another good option, with a fun and creative approach to learning.

Humpty Dumpty Kids Nursery also provides full-day care, which is perfect for working parents. All these schools and nurseries focus on providing quality education to give your child a strong start.

5. Healthcare Facilities

International City has several good healthcare options for residents. HealthHub by Al-Futtaim, located in the Warsan area, offers services like physiotherapy, general medicine, and pediatrics, along with a pharmacy. Aster Specialty Clinic, in the Russia Cluster, focuses on dermatology and dentistry. Life Medical Centre in the Morocco Cluster provides general healthcare, paediatrics, and orthopaedics. For pet owners, there are also veterinary clinics like The Pet Palace Veterinary Clinic in the France Cluster.

6. Shopping and Dining

Like most communities in Dubai, International City has a lot of good places to eat, shop, and relax.

Androon Punjab Restaurant: A great spot if you love Indian food. Big portions, rich flavors, and a cozy vibe.

Thai Sabai Restaurant Dubai: Very good Thai food at fair prices and the taste is amazing.
People recommend the Pad Thai, garlic rice, green curry, and the Laksa soup.

Katrina Coffee & Pastries: Nice little café for coffee and fresh pastries. Good place to chill.

Dragon Mart: For shopping, Dragon Mart is just next door. Do we still need to present it? It’s huge and you’ll find everything from furniture and decor to clothes and electronics, all at great prices.

International City is a wonderful place for families, offering affordable living with all the necessary amenities. Its convenient location, not far from key areas of Dubai, makes it a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and accessible community to call home.
